Management of Myotonic Dystrophy

There are no treatments for Myotonic Dystrophy. Any treatment in the medical world must pass many tests to show it is valid and works. Treatments must stand the test of time and show that they are safe and effective. They must be replicated and have good scientific standing. There is some information on management, however, on "one case" basis that have shown a specific methodology has worked for maybe one person. This does not mean it will work for anyone else or that you should even try it. The information here is just that sort of information. If you wish to get a copy of the study and discuss with your doctor....or local MDA Clinic

Just be cautious in trying anything you see here. Be skeptical and stay informed.
